Planning Applications: Zoning By-law Amendment, Site Plan Approval, Holding Symbol Removal (Zoning)

Proposal: A mixed-use development with 10 live-work townhomes and a 16-unit apartment building with ground floor commercial units. A plan of condominium is proposed.  A Heritage Permit has been issued for the proposed development. See the Site Plan Application submission in the “Documents” section below.
