Matching volunteers with an isolated senior or adult living with a disability on a regular basis, this program provides socialization and opportunities for isolated community members to interact with others. The Friendly Visiting Facilitator will work to pair clients with volunteers who share similar interests. While visits will ideally be in the client’s home, volunteers may also schedule social phone calls.
