The Municipality of Meaford is advising residents that the conserve water notice issued on June 14 has now been lifted. Operations at the water treatment plant have returned to normal.
The issue caused by the earlier power failure has been resolved. Staff and contractors worked to restore full functionality to the system as quickly as possible.
Residents may now resume normal water use.
The Municipality thanks residents for their cooperation and efforts to reduce water consumption while crews worked to address the issue.
