Site Plan Application File SP03-2023 – Conditionally Approved September 24, 2024)
Holding Symbol (H5) Removal File H5-03-2024 – Approved and Council passed By-law 2024-30
Site remediation works (site clean up under the Environmental Protection Act).
Tree Removal Permit – Approved and Issued by the Municipality March 2023.
Zoning Application Z04-2021 – Approved by Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT) December 2022.
