Looking for a venue to host your next meeting, or a quiet study space? With 5 spacious rooms to choose from, you’ll find everything you need to do your best work. Rooms come equipped with all the essentials: a Smart TV, desk(s), tables, chairs, and whiteboards.

The Rooms

Friends of the Meaford Library (FOML) – holds up to 53 attendees

  • Weston Family Foundation
  • Stanley Knight
  • Ontario Trillium Foundation
  • Rotary Project Room

If you are a for-profit organization, completion of a request form is required to book the FOML Room or other small meeting rooms. 

Book a Room

Regular Hours:

  • Non-profit: No fee required but donations are greatly appreciated.
  • For-profit: $125/half day or $250 for full day

After-Hours (until 10 pm):

  • Non-profit: $25/hour for staffing
  • For-profit: $125/half day or $250 for full day plus $25/hour for staffing after hours
Please note: 

Rooms may be booked on a first-come, first-served basis.

An active Meaford Public Library membership is required to book a room.

The Library cannot guarantee we can accommodate after-hours bookings due to staff scheduling. Requests must be made in advance.

The Meaford Public Library only accepts cash or cheques made payable to “The Meaford Public Library.”
