The Meaford Public Library is here to keep you connected, with Windows desktop computers available for public use. All are equipped with high speed internet service and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access).
Computers
Located in the main area, junior library, and teen library, all computers are available on a first-come-first-serve basis and cannot be reserved in advance. Sign in with your valid library card number or pick up a guest pass at the main circulation desk. Computers are available for 60 minutes per session for adults and 30 minutes per session in the teen and children’s areas. Extra time may be given if needed.
Chromebook laptops are available for onsite and at-home use if required. These devices can be checked out provided you have a library membership in good standing.
Printing is available from each computer at the following costs:
- Black and white: 25 cents/page
- Colour: 75 cents/page

There is free wireless Internet access throughout the library.

The Rotary Club of Meaford and The Friends of the Meaford Library graciously sponsor free Wi-Fi router/hotspots for internet connectivity. Reserve here under the “Library of Things” catalogue link.
