Make Meaford Hall a part of your special day. Our versatile spaces are available for private events, complete with a full range of hospitality services and technical equipment to elevate your occasion.

Please note submitting the inquiry does not automatically secure a rental; staff will follow up with you as soon as possible to discuss your event.

Meetings 

With capacity for 10 to 330 guests, depending on the space used, Meaford Hall is a welcoming and sophisticated backdrop for your next meeting. Turn your corporate retreat into a destination along southern Georgian Bay and get outside of your normal board room!

Community & Private Events 

Whether it’s a birthday party, book club or family reunion, this vibrant space is ready to host it all. We are pleased to offer bar service at no additional cost, and linens available to rent.  

Weddings 

Enjoy your big day while we take care of the rest. With a range of layouts to choose from, we will help bring your dream wedding to life in this historic venue. Our experienced, professional staff are on hand to support planning and delivery, from initial plans to final details.

The technical equipment is included in the rental rates for these two spaces. The Terrace Room is equipped with a Projector and Screen (the renter must provide their own computer). A large TV screen is available for use in both the Galleries and Terrace Room (the renter must provide their own computer and/or playback equipment). A lectern and microphone are available for use in both the Galleries and the Terrace Room.
