Parks, Recreation and Culture

The Community Services Department is responsible for the management, operations and maintenance of facilities like the Meaford & St. Vincent Community Centre/Arena, local community halls, parks, cemeteries, and 227 kilometres of trails. This department also organizes recreation programs for Meaford residents.

Playground Recreation Rehabilitation and Expansion Project

The Municipality of Meaford is looking to update and expand some of the parks and playgrounds around the municipality. We are looking to get the publics’ opinion on what type of playground equipment you would like to see in the local parks!
