The Friends of the Meaford Library (FOML) is an independent charitable organization of dedicated volunteers who are committed to helping the Library and its staff to provide our community with high quality Library services and to promote the Library and its interests.

Become a Friend and Volunteer
Information can be found at the Meaford Library or download the membership form here.  Fill in and return to the Library.
Membership dues are $3.00 per year used to defray administrative costs and pay for the Volunteer Appreciation tea held each year.


Friends Meetings:

The Friends meet the second Thursday of the month from 4:30 to 6 pm in the board room of the Meaford Library from March until November.  Meetings are open to the public.

    We have recently had some instance of garbage bag tags being ripped in half, and both halves being placed on two separate garbage bags. Garbage will only be collected if a complete bag tag is present on all waste bags, and by-law enforcement will be contacted if necessary.
