Fitness Programs

60 minute class                     6 week program

This class is a high-energy program filled with variety! Every class will be different: Circuits, weights, fitness balls, and core strength all included in this class. NEW! Fitness Kickboxing Melissa Crawford       

RPKICK                                  $65 per session

60 minute class                     9 week program

Starts October 24 6:00pm

Skip! Strike! Smash! In this class you will learn basic boxing and kickboxing techniques. You will also get an intense kickboxing workout that includes skipping, power training, striking focus pads and more…
Please note: There will be no sparring. This class uses common kickboxing training methods for health and fitness benefits; it is not intended to train a participant to be a boxer or kickboxer.

Enlist in our fitness boot camp to improve your overall strength and endurance. Your training will primarily consist of calisthenics, high intensity intervals and simulated military tasks.

Need some extra motivation? Are classes better with a friend? Bring a workout buddy! This class is specifically designed for two. In pairs, you and your partner will work together to finish a gruelling exercise session each week in order to achieve your specific fitness goal. Your commitment to attend every class is necessary.

RPBELLY                     $ 65 for 5 weeks

Come see how this ancient and mystical form of dance will naturally attune you to your body, your creative spirit, and your sensuality.  A great low impact workout, Belly dancing builds strength and flexibility, while enhancing rhythm, body awareness and control.  Please dress in anything you feel comfortable moving in.  Bare feet are suggested, and bare bellies not required!  Coin belts will be provided for you to adorn your hips with, and maximize your shimmy potential!  Come unleash your inner goddess.

Boogy Ballet is an uplifting full-body workout that blends modern dance, ballet, yoga, and booty sculpting. Participants will strengthen their technique, enhance their musicality and challenge themselves in an inspiring and encouraging class environment. Perfect for all levels.

RPDANCE                    $50 per session ($10 drop in)

Dance It Out (DIO) is a total body fitness based dance workout that includes all styles of dance. The workout incorporates cardio, strength, endurance and flexibility and is paced so anyone can participate. Running shoes and mat required. DIO is a feel good program with an uplifting, supportive and non-judgemental environment.

A dance class for those with Parkinson’s disease, MS, Stroke and other movement disorders. A MOVE FREE class explores your imagination, renews strength, energy, confidence and builds a community. All to enrich your life. Open to men & women; All ages welcome.   Caregivers are invited to attend at no additional cost.

Certified Dance It Out Instructor. Dance For Parkinson’s Training through National Ballet School of Canada and the Mark Morris Dance Center, New York City USA.

Thursdays 10:00am-11:15am with a social afterwards until 11:45am

YOGA

6 week program                   75 minute class

A gentle yoga series designed to boost energy, improve activity level, build strength and mobility, and increase range of motion in joints and spine. Suitable for anyone with no yoga experience or limited physical exercise. A yoga mat is required.

Combines poses and breathing techniques that balance, purify and strengthen both the body and mind.  A series of traditional poses designed to move you in all directions at your own ability. A yoga mat required.
